About the Project:
The person hired for this position will be responsible for ongoing contact with customers (via phone email and/or chat) providing information about the companys offer supporting problem resolution and handling inquiries and complaints. The project involves close cooperation with other departments to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls or messages from customers seeking information or support in resolving various issues (first line of contact with the customer)
- Effectively identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate company solutions
- Escalating complex issues to other departments to ensure efficient resolution
Employer Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish (at least C2 level)
- English proficiency of at least B2 level
- Currently living in Porto or willing to relocate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
SALARY:
- 1306 gross without accommodation
- 1050 gross with accommodation (private room in a shared apartment)
