In this role you will:
As Talent & Organisational Development Manager you will lead the implementation of our talent development strategy ensuring alignment with organisational goals and adapting to evolving business needs.
You will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to align initiatives with business objectives serving as a liaison between the Talent & Organisational Development Development department and other units. Managing the Talent & Organisational Development Specialist you will also manage succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and collaborating with the Talent Director and Learning & Skills Manager to design and deploy leadership and high potential talent programs.
You will lead the annual performance management cycle and collaborate on the deployment of the new Workday Talent Optimisation module. You will be responsible for managing and reporting on relevant talent data analytics. A key part of your role will be promoting diversity and inclusion and fostering an inclusive learning environment ultimately cultivating a culture of adaptability and continuous learning.
- Lead the implementation of the talent development strategy aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee the design implementation and evaluation of talent development programmes.
- Act as a liaison between the Talent & Organisational Development team and other organisational units.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Skills Manager on the development of leadership development programmes in alignment with the leadership competency framework.
- Implement evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of talent development programmes.
- Use feedback and data to drive continuous improvement of talent development initiatives.
- Provide tools and resources for leaders to manage employee performance and development.
- Support integration of talent development with performance management processes.
- Assist in aligning career development programmes with organisational goals and employee aspirations providing logistical support for initiatives.
- Facilitate resources for career counselling and internal mobility and help coordinate career development workshops and seminars
- Manage succession planning efforts maintaining Workday databases and tracking the progress of potential candidates for key roles.
- Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies providing resources to employees during transitions.
- Contribute to promoting and enhancing organisational culture helping to develop programmes that boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage the budget for talent development activities ensuring efficient resource use.
- Manage the budgets for strategic initiatives and manage relationships with external vendors.
- Prepare reports on talent development activities outcomes and ROI for senior leadership.
- Manage Talent processes within Worday to ensure accurate data smooth workflows and impactful development planning.
- Deliver training where required within the strategy set by the Talent Transformation Director.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within all talent development programmes and initiatives.
- Promote employee well-being programmes coordinating initiatives that address mental health and work-life balance.
- Act as the owner of engagement tools including Culture Amp using data to drive employee feedback and improve workplace culture.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that values diverse perspectives.
- Cultivate a culture of adaptability and continuous learning.
- Lead and develop the Talent Specialist.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Encourage continuous professional growth and development within the Talent Development team.

The skills we would love to see in your suitcase:
- Minimum 5 years of experience within talent and learning development.
- 3 years of people management experience
- Knowledge of global talent trends and the ability to adapt strategies to meet the needs of a diverse international workforce.
- An understanding of leadership and high potential development with the ability to design and execute programs that cultivate future leaders.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks such as ADKAR Prosci or Kotter and experience in applying these frameworks in organisational settings.
- Background in career development and talent mobility strategies.
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to use data and insights to measure impact inform decisions and drive continuous improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence organisational change.
