Job Summary
The Logistics Transformation Program Manager is accountable for leading Mosaic portfolio Ecolabs European logistics transformation program. This role owns the program roadmap governance and execution leads a team of Project Managers and SAP Subject Matter Experts and provides functional leadership to project managers outside the direct reporting line delivering Mosaic initiatives.
In addition this role is accountable for leading the Logistics SME teams for EBS and NSAP ensuring stable operations governance and continuous evolution of Ecolabs logistics platforms across Europe.
This position is a critical connector between Logistics Operations IT Divisions and Country Organizations ensuring that logistics transformation system integrity and operational excellence move handinhand.
Key Accountabilities
Program Leadership
- Own the endtoend Mosaic logistics transformation program (network warehousing transportation systems processes and operating model).
- Define program vision roadmap success metrics dependencies benefits realization and risk management.
- Lead regional governance forums steering committees and senior leadership updates.
Team Leadership Project Managers & SMEs
- Lead develop and performancemanage a team of 5 Logistics Project Managers.
- Lead the Logistics SAP SME teams (EBS & NSAP) supporting the entire EU logistics community.
- Build a strong logistics PM & SME talent pipeline through coaching capability building and succession planning.
SAP Platform Ownership & Governance (EBS / NSAP)
- Accountable for functional ownership and governance of logistics processes within EBS and NSAP.
- Ensure platform stability integrity and compliance across Europe.
- Govern and prioritize:
- New enhancements and change requests
- Configuration and design decisions
- Regression testing and release readiness
- Issue management escalation and resolution
- Ensure alignment between business requirements IT delivery and logistics operations.
- Drive standardization documentation and best practices across countries.
CrossProgram & Matrix Governance
- Provide functional leadership to project managers outside the reporting line executing Mosaic projects.
- Ensure consistent application of PM methodology change management risk control and documentation standards.
- Orchestrate dependencies across countries functions IT and external partners.
Change & Stakeholder Leadership
- Act as primary change leader for European Logistics transformation.
- Influence senior leaders country management functional heads and IT partners.
- Build commitment align priorities and manage resistance to ensure sustainable adoption.
Operational & Technical Expertise
- Act as senior logistics SME across warehousing transportation network design 3PL management and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Ecolab standards safety requirements and regulatory frameworks ( Seveso Dangerous Goods).
- Track program KPIs system performance team effectiveness and benefit realization.
- Experience with WMS TMS EDI network optimization and 3PL sourcing.
- International supply chain knowledge especially around warehousing inventory and warehouse management
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods storage handling and transportation
- Experience in sourcing and management of supply chain Providers (3PLs).
- Experience with conducting RFI and RFPs with service providers plus able to do cost analysis for selection of optimum service level.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Logistics Supply Chain or related field (Masters preferred).
- 10 years experience in logistics operations project management supply chain transformation or consultancy.
- Proven experience leading large multiyear transformation programs.
- Strong SAP logistics expertise (EBS and/or NSAP) including governance of enhancements and system operations.
- Experience leading teams of PMs and SME communities.
- Proven ability to influence in a complex matrix environment.
