How will you make an impact
The Contracts Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery and maintenance of competitive hotel commercial terms ensuring contract accuracy and system integrity and contributing to revenue growth through effective supplier relationships. The role executes contracting activities across an assigned portfolio/market ensures timely renewals and updates supports supplier performance improvements and provides commercial insights to strengthen WebBeds competitiveness.
Key elements to the role include but not limited to:
Contracting & Contract Lifecycle Management- Review and analyze contract terms rates and conditions to ensure commercial viability and alignment to business needs.
- Manage contract renewals amendments and terminations in line with internal processes deadlines and governance.
- Ensure all contracts rates and conditions are accurately loaded and maintained in internal systems with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain complete and compliant records of contracts and supplier documentation supporting internal audit and governance needs.
- Support resolution of contract discrepancies (e.g. rate/terms conflicts mapping issues loading errors) by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
Supplier Relationship & Portfolio Support- Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and prospective hotel partners across the assigned portfolio.
- Conduct regular supplier communication on rates availability promotions and commercial terms to maintain competitiveness.
- Respond to supplier queries and issues promptly and professionally escalating where needed to protect commercial outcomes and service levels.
Commercial & Performance Optimisation- Monitor contract performance and identify underperforming properties; support action plans with suppliers to improve production and value.
- Analyze competitor activity market trends and supplier performance data to inform recommendations and day-to-day contracting decisions.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion in assigned markets/segments and support onboarding of new properties where required.
- Provide recommendations on pricing tactics and commercial opportunities (e.g. tactical promos value-adds offers) to support sales and product priorities.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align the contracting portfolio with market demand and customer needs.
- Support internal stakeholders by providing timely contract-related information confirmations and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain regular reporting on contracting activity pipeline progress renewals status and portfolio performance metrics.
Key Measures of Success- Timely completion of renewals amendments and system updates with high accuracy and strong document control.
- Improved rate competitiveness availability and commercial readiness of the assigned portfolio.
- Measurable improvement in underperforming properties through supplier follow-up and corrective actions.
- Growth of portfolio coverage (new properties/segments) within assigned markets where applicable.
- High-quality stakeholder support (clear turnaround times accurate contract info reduced escalations).

- Strong attention to detail and structured approach to contract documentation and system loading accuracy.
- Commercial awareness: ability to interpret rates terms and performance data to support decision-making.

- Good analytical capability (market/competitor review performance reporting identifying trends).
- Proficiency with Excel and internal systems/CRMs (or ability to learn quickly).
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage depending on market).
