As Senior Manager Omnichannel (m/f/d) you will be at the heart of shaping and driving our global omnichannel this role you will work closely with senior leadership to translate our strategic vision into a strong omnichannel project portfolio with tangible initiatives that creates exceptional premium customer experiences in a profitable operational set-up across all channels.

What you can expect:

• Contribute to the development of an effective global omnichannel strategy and planning framework in close collaboration with the Head of Omnichannel Management Office & EVP Omnichannel and drive its implementation together with all relevant stakeholders
• Steer the global omnichannel project portfolio ensuring alignment with business goals through effective planning and close collaboration with stakeholders across business IT & markets while continuously improving the portfolio management approach
• Drive global omnichannel projects - from identification to implementation to the omnichannel project portfolio - to enhance our omnichannel approach
• Act as key contributor to establish strategic presentations meetings analysis and decision templates for the EVP Omnichannel & the leadership team
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders within and beyond the omnichannel community (up to SVP/EVP level) to ensure fact-based decision-making and presentation of clear options and recommendations for the top management
• Provide relevant market competitor and innovation insights to the omnichannel leadership team to keep the organization up to date on omnichannel developments and best practices
  

Your profile:

• Successfully completed Masters degree / MBA or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience ideally in management consulting and/or within a retail fashion or FMCG company with a focus on omnichannel retail or e-commerce
• Strong strategic conceptual and analytical skills paired with a pragmatic hands-on mindset
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the confidence to collaborate and present to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proven experience in the management and coordination of complex global topics and projects
• High level of curiosity and learning agility with the ability to quickly grasp new topics and shift priorities according to business needs
• A collaborative working style strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for creating seamless customer experience across all channels
