We are looking for a dedicated Senior Retail Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our marketing team on 1 May 2026 who will support our Team in inspiring customers for our brands HUGO and BOSS with passion and know-how. The position is initially temporary for 12 months. The position is a parental leave replacement.

What you can expect:

• Develop and implement emotional and inspiring retail experiences to drive footfall in key BOSS and HUGO stores
• Translate insights from Store and Area Management into strategic retail marketing plans to support commercial success
• Conceptualize and execute pop-up store ideas and retail activations in close collaboration with internal and external partners (e.g. agencies vendors)
• Support store openings re-openings and events with consumer-centric tactics to build communities and turn customers into brand fans
• Manage the retail marketing budget in close alignment with the Team Lead and Controlling

Your profile:

• A degree in Marketing Communication Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role ideally in retail marketing within an international environment
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on mentality and the ability to turn creative visions into reality
• Passion for innovative retail concepts and the ability to inspire consumers with unique experiences
