Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Off-site Building Project Lead for the school year. The Off-site Building Project Lead must have construction trades experience and the ability to collaborate with Minuteman faculty staff students and outside project is a stipend position with responsibilities and compensation detailed below.
Major Responsibilities:- Meet with prospective partners.
- Assist in a Memo of Understanding draft of projects.
- Attend possible meetings after school hours.
- Attend possible meetings during school vacation/breaks.
- Coordinate and schedule Minuteman trades involved in large scale (ex. Multi-shop Habitat for Humanity Lex Hab Etc.) projects.
- Submit monthly reports of all current and future projects to the CTE Director.
- Coordinate material deliveries to the jobsiteif needed.
- Assist in the billing process of projects.
- Assist in determining if a project is beneficial to the Minuteman students/community.
- Assist with individual off campus shop projects if called upon.
- Other duties as assigned by directors.
Qualifications:- Self-motivated; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experienced in construction trades and project management.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing in person through email and on the telephone.
- Ability to coordinate outside projects outside of normal school hours.
Additional Requirements:- This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public walking around the school standing for periods occasionally lifting and carrying items reading documents using a computer listening and speaking using office equipment maintaining energy throughout the day and handling stress effectively.
Terms of Employment:Effective Dates of Employment:- This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year (July 1 2026 June 30 2027).
Supervisor:- Director of Career and Technical Education.
Compensation:- The stipend for this position is $3896.
