JobSummary:The Marketing Student Worker will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the marketing teamassistingwith day-to-day activities that help execute campaigns events and internal initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented student interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing operations communications and project coordination within a professional business environment.

EssentialResponsibilities:

• Help manage inventory of marketing collateral promotional items and event materials

• Support preparation and distribution of marketing materials (print and digital)

• Assistwith trade show and event preparation including packing unpacking labeling and organizing materials

• Assistwith coordinating marketing projects schedules and deadlines

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team including data entry file organization and document management

• Perform general office and support duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a college or university student (marketing communications business or related field preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions accurately

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint); familiarity with marketing tools is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds

• Ability to bend stoop and reachfrequently

• Ability to stand or move for extended periods during events or material preparation
