Caregivers for Senior Care - Bay City (flexible schedules)

Were seeking caring dependable Non-Medical Caregivers to support seniors in their this role youll help clients maintain their independence safety and well-being while providing the personalized care and companionship they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
As a Home Health Aide you will:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility
Prepare balanced meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
Perform light housekeeping such as laundry dishes and general tidying
Transport clients to appointments errands and outings
Provide companionship and emotional support
Encourage engagement in daily routines and meaningful activities
Observe and report any changes in a clients condition
Qualifications
Compassionate reliable and professional attitude
Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius
Strong communication and organizational skills
Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required
