Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and address their service needs with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Service Recommendations: Assess vehicle conditions and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage service schedules ensuring timely completion and communication with customers.
- Documentation: Accurately document service orders customer concerns and repair needs.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services are performed to the highest standards and meet BMW specifications.
- Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with dealership management software and basic computer skills.
