- Follow all company safety policies wear required PPE report incidents immediately and exercise stop-work authority when necessary.
- Inspect materials components pressure vessels and tanks to ensure compliance with ASME API and other applicable standards.
- Perform independent inspections of incoming materials and finished products verifying proper identification (heat numbers and company tracking numbers).
- Document inspection results on travelers and QC inspection sheets.
- Maintain quality records reports logs and electronic databases within the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Assist the QC Supervisor with QA/QC programs training coordination reporting and administrative support.
- Collaborate with Production and Safety teams to ensure compliance with quality procedures and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ASME API or related industry standards preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency and experience with electronic document systems.
- Commitment to safety quality and teamwork.
