Job Summary
This hybrid position combines remote work with on-site patient interaction at a designated hospital facility. The work week is Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Remote work will occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays and on-site work is required every Monday Wednesday and Friday. The ideal candidate is compassionate detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
- Contact patients to assess financial and medical eligibility for coverage
- Enroll patients in ACA marketplace plans and obtain required documentation
- Guide patients through the enrollment process and assist with case issues
- Perform bedside screenings when necessary
- Manage a high volume of outreach calls
- Document all activity in HealthFund Solutions Hospital databases and EMR systems
- Stay up to date on ACA policies procedures and certification requirements
- Provide accurate and timely data to support reporting and tracking needs
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred
- 1-2 years related experience
- Knowledge of ACA marketplace Medicaid & commercial insurance terms preferred
- Computer proficient; EMR/EHR experience preferred
- Valid drivers license clean driving record and active auto insurance
- Must complete hospital medical clearance and required vaccinations
