Job Summary

Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Senior Class Advisor for the school year. This is a stipend position with responsibilities and compensation detailed below.Major Responsibilities:

Host yearly elections of officers.
Hold monthly meetings with officers.
Have at minimum 2 fundraisers per year.
Work with other advisors as needed to plan multi-class events.
Supervise all planed events.
Work with Business Office to follow all school policies around fundraising.
Follow all policies and procedures in regard to tracking spending holding and saving money.
Plan Implement and supervise fieldtrips following school procedures and policies.
Complete an approved Program of Work.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and organization skills.
Ability to quickly establish rapport with students parents and staff.

Additional Requirements:

This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public walking around the school standing for periods occasionally lifting and carrying items reading documents using a computer listening and speaking using office equipment maintaining energy throughout the day and handling stress effectively.

Terms of Employment:

Stipend Position.

Effective Dates of Employment:

This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year (July 1 2026 June 30 2027).

Compensation:

The total stipend for this position is $3147 for the entire assignment.
