Sony Europe has an opportunity for anHR Project Managerwho will lead the delivery of key HR projects that drive organisational transformation improve employee experience and enhance HR service this role you will manage projects from start to finish collaborating closely with HR teams organisational heads and external partners to ensure successful outcomes across multiple European countries.
The HR Project Manager collaborates with People Services HR Business Partners Centres of Expertise and outside suppliers. They coordinate cross-functional efforts and manage risks to deliver projects on time within scope and within budget.
This position can be located in any of the Sony offices throughout Europe.
You will:
Lead and deliver HR projects (e.g. HR systems policy harmonisation process improvements organisational change reward/talent initiatives) across Europe
Define project scope objectives timelines and resources with HR and business customers
Monitor project plans budgets risks and progress to ensure timely and successful delivery
Maintain clear project documentation and follow governance and change control processes
Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners Centres of Expertise business leaders and external vendors
Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration across regions and functions
Communicate project status risks and results clearly to all interested parties
Develop and implement change management plans including communications and training
Identify and address change-related risks and resistance to ensure smooth adoption
Recommend improvements to HR processes systems and ways of working based on project insights
Support the development and enhancement of HR project management tools and methods
Track project KPIs and success measures providing regular updates to HR leadership
Prepare clear reports on achievements risks budgets and post-implementation reviews
Help develop dashboards and analytics to improve project visibility and performance
You will bring:
University degree or equivalent experience
Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2 PMP IPMA) or equivalent experience
Strong English skills; another European language is a plus
5 years experience managing projects in matrixed and multinational organisations; project management experience in HR or people-related projects preferred (e.g. HRIS process harmonisation talent/reward)
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors across Europe
Strong skills in project planning governance risk management and customer engagement
Good understanding of HR processes and European employment/data protection requirements is plus
