Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 3rd Shift

Well-Spring an award-winning Life Plan Community in Greensboro is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team on 3rd shift. We are currently hiring one (1) full-time CNA and one (1) part-time CNA for a set consistent schedule.
Position Details
Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m.)
Status: 1 Full-Time CNA 1 Part-Time CNA
Schedule: This position follows a specific set schedule; candidates must be able to work the posted schedule.
Units: Must be available to work across multiple units
Pay: Based on experience
About the Role
As a CNA at Well-Spring you will provide compassionate resident-centered care while supporting dignity independence and quality of life. This role is ideal for team-oriented professionals who are flexible and committed to excellent care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Take and record vital signs; report changes in condition
Support mobility transfers and positioning
Maintain a clean safe and respectful environment
Accurately document care and follow individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with residents families and team members
Follow all safety infection control and compliance guidelines
Qualifications
Active CNA in good standing on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry
Completion of an approved CNA training program
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate professional and dependable
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
