With their head office based in Yatala this team of industry experts specialise in delivering high quality electrical design and construct projects across the commercial and industrial electrical sectors.

With a track record of delivering landmark projects the company has secured multiple new large scale construction projects across Brisbane and the East Coast of Queensland.

Due to the continued growth and success of this company an opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Design / Draftsman to join their team.

Opportunity:

Key responsibilities will include:

- Create detailed concept design drawing packages for tenders
- Electrical design and drafting on electrical projects including cable tray layout lighting systems telecommunications and power reticulation layouts
- Actively contribute to client / contractor meetings and building relationships with project stakeholders
- Interpret plans regulations and codes of practice to ensure design tasks meeting appropriate technical standards and client requirements.

Key Skills and Attributes
The ideal candidate for this position will be a passionate and results focused Electrical Designer that is meticulous in their work output and holds a strong attention to detail.

To be considered for this opportunity you will possess following skills and attributes:

Previous working experience in electrical design and drafting
Proficient in Revit MEP and BIM - preferable
Ability to produce accurate building services documentation
The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
