Job Summary
This is what you will do:
シニアマネージャーとしてニューロロジーブランドのマーケティング戦略や戦術プランの実行を担いますクロスファンクショナルチームと密に連携しブランド施策の実現や事業目標の達成をサポートします日々のマーケティング業務の管理プロモーション活動の調整市場インサイトの収集と分析を通じて継続的なプラン改善に貢献します製品上市準備や実行の支援売上需要予測への貢献社内規定や業界規制の遵守も重要な役割ですさらにデジタルやオムニチャネルマーケティング施策の推進をサポートし顧客エンゲージメントやブランド認知の向上に取り組みます
You will be responsible for:
- 上位職の指示のもとニューロロジーブランドのマーケティング戦略や戦術プランの実行
- ブランドプランニングポジショニングライフサイクルマネジメントのサポート
- 市場分析競合情報収集顧客インサイトの収集とマーケティングプランへの反映
- プロモーション活動やキャンペーンの調整実施
- 医療従事者代理店社内チームとの協働による効果的な連携
- マーケティング予算管理主要指標のトラッキング
- 製品上市や新適応症ローンチの準備実行支援
- 売上需要予測フォーキャスティングへの貢献と関連部門との連携
- すべてのマーケティング活動における社内規定業界規制の遵守
- デジタルオムニチャネルマーケティング施策の推進サポート
You will need to have:
- 学士号
- 製薬業界で3年以上のマーケティング経験ニューロロジーやスペシャリティ領域が望ましい
- ブランドマネジメントまたはマーケティングプロジェクトの実行経験
- 分析力課題解決力
- 良好なコミュニケーション力とステークホルダーマネジメント力
- ビジネスレベルの英語日本語力
We would prefer for you to have:
- 上級学位MBA修士等
- 日本国内での製品上市や新適応症ローンチの経験
- デジタルマーケティングやオムニチャネル戦略の経験
- グローバルマトリックス組織での業務経験
- フォーキャスティングやビジネスアナリティクスの経験
- 革新的なマーケティングプロジェクトの経験
