The Role

Within this key position youwill hold full responsibility for delivering and overseeing the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) programme ensuring compliance quality andtimelycompletion whilemaintaininga strong focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes.

This role requires a peoplecentred leader who can listen motivate and empower colleagues fostering a culture built on trust support and accountability. You will be committed to achieving consistently positive experiences for our customers.

As the operational lead for the team you willrepresentthe organisation in all relevant communications and decisionmaking forums. You will also be a key member of the Asset Management & Development management teamdemonstratinga proactive coachingled leadership style that positively influences wider teams and strengthens collaboration across the organisation.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual with a Level 3 NVQ Diploma (like C&G 2357) the 18th Edition Wiring Regs (BS 7671) the Part P Building Regulations and testing 2391-52 or equivalent.

You will bring experience from a housing or constructionrelated environment alongside a strong background in Contract Managementandmanaging directemployed operatives.

You willdemonstratea resilient enthusiastic approach andpossessexcellent communication skills. You take ownership of issues andhave the ability tomanage challenging situations with calmness and balance.

You will have strong leadership capabilities along with an open inclusive and coachingled style. You motivate and inspire others through a trustbased approach earning the confidence of colleagues peers and partners.
