Seasonal Assistant - Casuals needed for Spring/Summer of 2026

Location: Taverham Mill

12.60 per hour(rising from 1st April)

Casual 0-hour contract

At Taverham Mill our 100-acre site boasts some spectacular views making us one of the most picturesque Norfolk nature reserves. With four lakes and situated by an old weir and mill pool on the River Wensum Taverham is a haven for anglers walkers and nature lovers.

Were looking for enthusiastic people to join us in the Café and our Visitor Services centre this summer.

Whether youre helping a customer hire out a canoe for a fun day out on the water or serving up some coffee and cake your role will be vital in delivering an unforgettable experience to our visitors.

What your day looks like

Deliver friendly and professional service to all visitors.
Serve customers with a smile taking orders and handling payments
Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks light snacks and meals
Keep the café area clean tidy and well-stocked
Support the team during busy periods with a can-do attitude
Provide helpful information and support to enhance customer experiences.
Assist in keeping customer areas clean safe and inviting.
