Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee cost planning forecasting valuations and contractual matters
- Provide strategic advice on procurement risk and contract administration
- Act as a key client-facing representative ensuring quality and commercial excellence
- Drive efficiency innovation and best practice across the office
About You:
- MRICS-qualified with strong experience on high-value complex projects
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a small team
- Confident in client-facing commercial and contractual roles
- Highly organized meticulous and capable of delivering excellence consistently
- Committed to working on-site full time in Liverpool
