Lead project teams and act as a liaison with investment and technical consultants by communicating with Technical Product Services (TPS) and Solution Delivery (SD) business owners and end-users to define and document technical requirements related to tools and identify and resolve any system issues.
Builds quantitative spreadsheet models developing requirements for helping maintain web enabled database applications and automate spreadsheets.
Evaluates appropriateness of different approaches to solving quantitative and data oriented projects and business issues.
Provides technical leadership with planning design development deployment and enhancements of web-based applications with complex data-driven backend.
Communicates with developers business owners and end-users to define and document technical requirements and system goals and identify and resolve business system issues.
Maintains production staging and development programming environments in conjunction with data center and engineer personnel integrating data across a wide array of internal/external systems.
Provides investment advice to a wide range of institutional clients which includes provision of intellectual capital quarterly reports and other research material; oversight for all information disseminated to the client; liaise with legal team on issues related to subscription agreements and maintain subscription agreements track renewals and fee increases.
Manages all aspects of subscriber relationships for US Analytics Research & Tools (ART) clients which includes monitoring usage of tools assessing training requirements scheduling on site/online client meetings to enhance client service.
