IT Database Manager (mwd)

We are currently hiring for IT Database Manager (m/w/d)for permanent position in Haar.

A role is responsible for the development and maintenance of bespoke applications and services centered around FWWs data offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of new applications and APIs code new web-based solutions and APIs based on clients specific requirements.

• Ongoing maintenance of existing solutions maintain existing solutions including code rewrites/updates to new standards as well as customer-initiated change requests rebrands etc.

• Development of the core FWW infrastructure build and update the core FWW infrastructure that is the base of our customer-facing solutions. Including new data-layers visualization tools and frameworks etc.

• Build and maintain supporting processes work on supplementary processes for either internal use (e.g. automations in fund-data processing) or customer/projects specific needs (e.g. individualized financial ratios calculations data monitoring).

• Support provide support to other FWW departments (Sales Support) on the specifics of existing solutions and asses new requirements.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with SQL (focus on MariaDB and SQLite) as well as scripting languages especially PHP and Bash (Unix shell).

• Strong experience with HTML CSS JavaScript/Typescript and other web-development languages.

• Experience with general Linux systems administration.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
