What you will do (responsibilities)
- Manage vehicle allocation across dealers and channels (Retail Fleet Plan de Ahorro).
- Lead demand forecasting integrating dealer input market trends and macro factors.
- Define pricing strategy and conduct competitive benchmarking.
- Monitor margins incentives and revenue optimization.
- Develop sales inventory and pricing dashboards.
- Provide executive insights and support regional business reviews.
- Lead and develop a team of analysts.
- Collaborate with Marketing Finance Supply Chain and Dealer Development.
Your skills and abilities (required qualifications)
- 812 years in Automotive OEM Consumer Goods or Industrial sectors.
- Experience in forecasting pricing strategy or dealer/network operations.
- Team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Argentina market.
- Bachelors in Business Engineering Economics or similar; MBA preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; advanced Excel/Power BI/Tableau.
- Ability to work in volatile environments and influence senior stakeholders.
What can give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
- Experience with Plan de Ahorro or financing channels.
- Multi-country commercial experience (Argentina Uruguay Paraguay).
- Advanced analytical tools (Python statistical modeling).
- Experience in automotive pricing and market positioning.
