Job Summary
This is what you will do:
プロモーション監査室はアレクシオンファーマGKの企業活動において各種法令政令業界自主規制等を遵守する体制を構築維持管理する
医療用医薬品の販売情報提供活動に関するガイドライン以下販売情報提供GLに規定される販売情報提供活動監督部門としての役割を担う
医療用医薬品製造販売業公正取引協議会の窓口部門を担う
本ポジションはプロモーション資材および関連イベント申請が法規各種コード社内規程に適合しているかを確認し最終承認サインオフを行う役割を担う
監督部門として販売情報提供ガイドラインに基づく体制運用基準承認フロー記録管理などの整備と継続的なモニタリングをリードし必要に応じて是正対応や教育を実施する
業界団体公正取引協議会や社内外のステークホルダーとの連携窓口を担い最新の規制ガイダンスの社内展開を推進する
You will be responsible for:
販売情報提供活動のモニタリング業務
各種資材の審査承認業務
各種イベント申請の審査承認業務
社内コンプライアンス関連ルールSOP等の作成管理
コンプライアンス関連研修の企画実施
関連部署からの各種コンプライアンス関連相談への対応
必要に応じてコンプライアンス部門法務部門経営陣との協議協働調整
You will need to have:
製薬企業における勤務経験10年以上
製薬企業における資材審査イベント審査の実務経験またはコンプライアンス関連部署における実務経験
薬機法医薬品広告規制販売情報提供GL公正競争規約作成要領など製薬業界におけるコンプライアンス関連知識製薬企業の対外的活動に関する包括的な知識を有する
PC ExcelWordPower PointOutlookをビジネスに利活用可能なレベル
言語日本語日常会話レベル英語ビジネス文書作成読解レベル
We would prefer for you to have:
製薬企業においてマーケティング部門またはメディカル部門で承認資材を作成した経験3年以上
講演会学会共催イベントアドバイザリーボード会議等のイベントを主幹担当した経験3年以上
部署内他部署と良好なコミュニケーションができる
研修会議等において分かりやすいプレゼンテーションができる
アレクシオンファーマGKが事業展開する疾患領域の知識を有する
根拠に基づいた客観的で公正な判断ができ論理的で説得力のある説明ができる
公正取引協議会等の業界団体との連携折衝の経験または外部ガイダンスの社内展開教育のリード経験があるとなお望ましい
