POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a high-impact sales leader to own and drive revenue growth through our Ground Game Sales Initiative. This role is the engine behind network-wide sales performance leading Continuing Education programs strategic campaigns and field execution that deliver measurable ROI. The ideal candidate thrives on winning market share building referral pipelines and empowering franchise teams to dominate locally.

The AVP of Field Services is a strategic sales position that will develop lead train and grow the Paul Davis ground game strategy and will report to the SVP of Business Development. This person will develop and implement local sales strategies while aligning with Carrier and Commercial sales best practices. The AVP role relies on enhancing revenues and increasing market share while helping to provide a superior level of service by working closely with front-line sales teams business development representatives ERCs and Operational roles to drive ongoing revenue growth that highlights our value proposition above our competitors through a professional client culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own the Growth Engine: Design and execute aggressive ground game strategies that convert opportunities into revenue specifically focusing on strategic growth markets.
  • Spearhead Training Initiatives: Assist in leading and supporting National Sales Training Initiatives Sales & Marketing Day Launch Training Strategies Lead Generation Calls Client Appreciation Initiatives and the PD Sales Summit.
  • Leverage Existing Partnerships: Maximize value from current relationships to retain and grow business ensuring long-term loyalty and increased revenue.
  • Continuing Education as a Sales Weapon: Build and deliver CE programs that position Paul Davis as the go-to restoration partner for insurance professionals and industry influencers.
  • Campaign Leadership: Launch high-impact network-wide campaigns that generate leads strengthen referral relationships and accelerate sales velocity.
  • Franchise Sales Enablement: Equip local teams with proven tools scripts and tactics to close deals and outperform competitors.
  • Market Domination: Develop deep relationships with carriers agents property managers and commercial partners to lock in referral streams.
  • Performance Accountability: Set aggressive KPIs track results relentlessly and pivot fast to maximize ROI.
  • Expand market share opportunities through consistent training collaboration and network engagement
  • Communicate with train and motivate network offices to understand and support the Business Development department
  • Prospect qualify and generate strong leads alongside the defined Ground Game Strategy
  • Help to train and support successful CRM best practices
  • Develop and deliver presentations consistently to educate communicate and collaborate with the network on sales best practices
    • Sales best practices to develop relationships and follow up on leads
    • Train on best practices to get new leads close more jobs and maintain/grow existing client base
    • Meeting established quotas revenue and growth goals
  • Work with the PDRI Business Development team to facilitate opportunities
  • Understands the services and products offered by Paul Davis Restoration
  • Assists in marketing initiatives and communicates regularly with the SVP of Business Development
  • Analyzes and recommends programs and procedures that are in the best interest of all parties
  • All other duties as assigned
COMPETENCY - KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Adobe Zoom Teams SharePoint OneDrive)
  • Sales experience with demonstrated negotiation and marketing skills
  • Knowledge of cost analysis techniques
  • General knowledge of the insurance industry/claims
  • Obtain necessary industry trade certifications
  • Ability to make decisions on your own and evaluate judgments
  • Customer service skills and presentation skills. Must be comfortable presenting live to all audiences.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills (oral verbal and written)
  • Ability to create write proofread and review documents
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Ability to answer and communicate with customers staff and executives over the phone in person and in written form
  • Ability to influence without authority

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors degree (4-year degree or equivalent experience)
  • Sales experience 10 years a plus
  • Three plus years of experience at a senior level
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Restoration industry experience a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit climb or balance stoop or kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 100% of the time
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets office machinery etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator fax machine copy machine and computer printer.
  • Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
  • Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone
  • Occasionally will lift up to 10lbs
  • Ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The employee will be working in a corporate office environment. Most work will be conducted over email video conferencing and telephone. The successful person must be productive with minimal supervision.
TRAVEL:
This position may require up to 50% travel for vendor site visits business visits and to travel for company meetings/events and trainings.
