The Athlete Administration Coordinator is a key support role within the University of Wisconsin Athletics Department providing operational administrative and strategic assistance to the Deputy AD COO General Manager and Directors of Athlete Administration. This position supports the day-to-day execution of athlete administration functions including revenue share tracking contract administration logistics athlete and agent communications and coordination with various stakeholders. The coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring processes are organized compliant timely and aligned with departmental strategy while supporting high-level decision-making in a fast-paced evolving environment.

Operational & Strategic Support
Provide operational administrative and analytical support to the Deputy AD COO General Manager and Directors of Athlete Administration in the execution of athlete administration strategy including:
Contract Administration Communications & Stakeholder Coordination
Support the administration of revenue share contracts and serve as an operational resource for athlete and agent-facing processes including:
This position may also perform other duties as assigned in support of the Deputy AD COO General Manager and athlete administration operations.
The minimum starting salary will be $48107 but is dependent on the selected applicants qualifications and experience.
