Now Hiring: Client Service Representative-Blue Cross Animal Hospital

Do you love animals people and being part of a truly supportive team Blue Cross Animal Hospital in Royal Oak MI is looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR)to join our compassionate and fun-loving crew!

Were not your average veterinary clinic. Our hospital sees a wide variety of casesfrom dogs and cats to exotic petsso no two days are ever the same. Youll work alongside an experienced team of amazing doctors and skilled technicianswho genuinely care about each other and our patients.

What Youll Do:

Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments and manage phone calls
Assist with check-in/check-out and payment processing
Support the medical team by keeping things running smoothly
Help create a calm welcoming experience for pets and their people

A friendly reliable and compassionate team player
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Customer service experience (veterinary or medical background a plus but not required)
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced rewarding environment
A genuine love for animals and people
