Enrichment & Engagement Camp Leader

Are you passionate about creating meaningful experiences that spark curiosity and connection Join the YMCA of Collier County and help deliver a dynamic summer filled with enrichment leadership development and engaging activities for youth in grades K5.
The Enrichment & Engagement Camp Leader is a key member of our summer team providing direct supervision and leading interactive activities that promote creativity teamwork problem-solving and personal growth. Under the guidance of the Site Supervisor this role ensures a safe structured and inspiring camp environment.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct supervision to campers (K5th grade) ensuring safety and well-being
Plan and implement enrichment activities such as STEM challenges team-building games leadership projects and themed experiences
Foster engagement inclusion and positive peer interactions
Maintain program areas materials and supplies
Follow YMCA policies and procedures at all times
Build strong professional relationships with campers
Model YMCA core values: caring honesty respect and responsibility
Experience working with school-age children
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead groups in a fun structured and active environment
Energetic creative dependable and team-oriented
