Available Teams/Functions

We are offering internships across multiple teams/functions.

Within thePurchasingdepartmentsupportingthe following Teams:

• Direct Operational Purchasing:you will handle direct communication with suppliers provide daily support for operational buyers and engage in data analysis and reporting using Excel. You will also supporta DataCleansing Projectsand work with internal systems such as SAP and MS Office as well as communicate with suppliersregardingdelivery datesand collecting required industrial documentation. Additionally you will usePowerBIfor various analytical tasks.

• Indirect Operational Purchasing:you will work with SAP Ariba focusing on checking purchase ordersproviding support withpotentialerrors difficultiesinvoicediscrepanciesand support Data Cleansing Projects as well.You will ensure smooth procurement processes thanks to attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.

About You

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a University Degree (including but not limited to Economical Technical orLogistics-orientedgraduate programs).

• You are proactive energetic have a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and work in an international environmentwith muchinitialsupport.

• You are well-organized and you havestrong communicationskills.

• You can communicate fluently in English (written and spoken); knowledge ofadditionallanguages is an advantage (e.g.FrenchSpanish Dutch German Turkish).

• You are interested in developing your skills in one of the areas that we offer and want to kick start your career in the corporate environment.

• You have basic familiarity with the MS Office suite.

• You are available at least 20 hours/week.

• Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowazlecenie) for6months(with the possibility of extension formaximum18 months).

• Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.

• Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 20 hours/week and a maximum of40 hours/week).

• Hybrid work policyallowingyou to work both in the office and remotely.
