Join Colgate Palmolive Poland CEE HUB become a part of the Brand Marketing team take ownership of Your own future in the area of brand management and develop with us!

Your responsibilities:

• Support management of our brand marketing activities for a selected group of products in our portfolio

• Contribute to its strategy and innovation pipeline development

• Contact with agencies to prepare marketing materials and creative projects including influencer campaigns in multiple markets.

• Participation in product artwork development process
  Collect and analyze market media and finance data prepare reports and suggestions for actions

• Cooperate closely with Retail teams across CEE markets

• Cross-functional contacts with Divisional Marketing Team Legal Finance Supply Chain Research & Development and Regulatory Departments to manage ongoing and future projects

• Day-to-day support to Regional Marketing team in brand management tasks

Our requirements:

• University degree (preferred marketing economical or related area)

• Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data to suggest business solutions

• Good command of English (verbal and written) to connect with colleagues from various locations

• Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace and Excel

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive ideas forward and manage numerous contacts

• Ability to work in a team manage multiple tasks and maintain high organizational standards

• Independent willing to learn from the team and willing to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary: 7 000 PLN gross monthly The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the positions requirements such as required skills effort responsibility and working conditions which places the role into a specific level within the companys compensation framework. The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employers Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
