Job Description Summary
The Senior Research Analyst is responsible for advancing the assessment operation of the Research Assessment and Effectiveness office by advising administrators and staff on institutional assessment and effectiveness. Works closely with college stakeholders to understand assessment and program evaluation needs and translate those needs into data collection tools analysis and presentations of data. Serves as contact for the development and administration of College-wide surveys related to assessment and institutional effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Masters degree in social science or related field. Three years of experience in learning outcomes assessment institutional effectiveness and/or program evaluation at a post-secondary institution. Demonstrated experience using digital platforms to support integrated planning.
