Operator, Warehouse & Mailroom Universal Kids Resort

JOB SUMMARY:

Receives processes and distributes all incoming mail andfreightgoods from manufacturers vendors and in warehouse asdesignatedin order tofulfillorders/requests andsafelydeliversitems proper storage ofsupplies parts seasonal items warehouse and related and delivers all domestic international and interdepartmental mail and noticesacross the mail items and packages for outgoing shipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receivesproduct picksorders stocksproduct into primary and reserve bins and deliversgoods and suppliesto their required location. Ensuresaccuracy of stock with invoice and packing list. Completesall required forms and outgoing freightisproperly labeled and ready for pick up by freight carriers.
• Receives and unloads incoming goods delivered to the receiving safekeeping of and the quality standards of food beverage merchandise and various other departmental items stored in stock following FIFO guidelines forFIFO-requireditems; checks for damaged and expired goods.
• Receives sorts and processesincoming deliveries of packages and mail to new addresses. Delivers all mailand andexpress items in transit of delivery/shipment and traces lost packagesas most cost-effective way toship andprocess outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintainsequipment and workareain a neatcleanand orderly manner. Followsestablished safety practices for all equipment and work areas. Reportsany unsafe conditions or equipment to the management teamin a timely manner.
• Maintainsaccuratedocumentationincluding but not limited todaily delivery and closing logs and inventory audits and cycle counts by preparing the assigned areas and bins countingstockand entering results.
• Understand and activelyparticipatein Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
