Position Summary
As an Associate Financial Advisor youll be a resource for our financial advisors and provide support to the clients of Emerald Financial Group including:

Primary Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by expanding the client base and increasing assets under management.
- Maintain accountability for personal revenue goals.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to prospective and existing clients.
- Communicate complex financial strategies clearly and effectively.
- Oversee trade execution insurance analysis suitability review and client account changes with accuracy and care.
- Maintain required licenses certifications and continuing education.
- Represent the firm through client meetings seminars community engagement and business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in finance economics business or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Securities (Series 7 and 66 or Series 7 63 and 65) and resident state Life Health and Annuities registration.
- Satisfactory background check fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification if applicable.
Thrivent Investment Management is the sponsor for FINRA registration and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is the sponsor for insurance licensure.
