Customer Experience Associate

What Youll Do

You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless accurate and professional customer experience from order entry through delivery and follow-through.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders with accuracy and urgency
• Coordinating shipping tracking returns and rebates
• Managing shared inboxes and handling inbound and outbound calls
• Processing credit card transactions responsibly
• Maintaining accurate and timely records in HubSpot CRM
• Partnering closely with Grower Relations Technical and Field teams
• Building strong relationships with distributor representatives and logistics partners
• Following established processes that ensure consistency and excellence

This role reports to the Customer Experience Manager and is based in our Fresno office.

Required:

• High School diploma
• Experience in an office-based customer service role
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Outlook and Excel

Preferred:

• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
• Exposure to agriculture or commercial operations

Schedule

We are considering both:

Part-Time: Approximately 8:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m.
Full-Time: Approximately 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
