What Youll Do
You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless accurate and professional customer experience from order entry through delivery and follow-through.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders with accuracy and urgency
- Coordinating shipping tracking returns and rebates
- Managing shared inboxes and handling inbound and outbound calls
- Processing credit card transactions responsibly
- Maintaining accurate and timely records in HubSpot CRM
- Partnering closely with Grower Relations Technical and Field teams
- Building strong relationships with distributor representatives and logistics partners
- Following established processes that ensure consistency and excellence
This role reports to the Customer Experience Manager and is based in our Fresno office.

Required:
- High School diploma
- Experience in an office-based customer service role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Outlook and Excel
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Exposure to agriculture or commercial operations
