Maserati of the Main Line is looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Devon. As an Automotive Service Advisor you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with clients understanding their service needs and ensuring timely follow-up on their vehicle maintenance. Your contributions will help maintain Maseratis reputation for excellence and high-quality service.
We offer a competitive hourly salary ranging from $20 to $30 along with comprehensive training and support to help you excel in your role and advance your career in the automotive field.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their vehicle service needs
- Assess customer concerns and communicate them to the service team
- Provide accurate estimates for service and repairs
- Schedule appointments and manage service timelines efficiently
- Follow up with customers on service recommendations and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history
- Assist in promoting service specials and products
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for customers
Requirements
