Job Summary

Support Worker

We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker.

Roman Park is a 14 bedded residential service in Syston where we support adults with learning disabilities and autism.

  • 12.21 per hour.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Shift patterns will include 8am-3pm 7am to 2pm 2pm to 9pm 3pm-10pm waking nights 8pm-8am. Sleep ins and weekend working required.

What youll be doing:

  • Enabling and supporting people to learn new skills towards living more independently.
  • Providing personal care.
  • Taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support.
  • Shift patterns will include 8am-3pm 7am to 2pm 2pm to 9pm 3pm-10pm waking nights 8pm-8am. Sleep ins and weekend working required.

Who you are:

  • Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and autism is preferred but not essential.
  • You will be a dedicated passionate kind and caring person.
  • You will be flexible with a can do attitude.
