Human Resources Internship Program

During this internship you will have a chance to gain insight into the Human Resources function at a leading financial services firm. You will join as a Data Governance and Centralized Testing / AI Model Validation or Compensation Intern and can work in a flexible work arrangement 20-40 hours per week with an expected start date in June 2026.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Data Governance and Centralized Testing / AI Model Validation Intern:

  • Support workforce and talent reporting processes and analytics efforts
  • Take part in testing and implementing innovative AI technologies
  • Collaborate with data owners to develop comprehensive data governance and quality control frameworks
  • Work alongside a global squad of data and analytics experts operating in a collaborative environment to problem solve and iteratively deliver products

As a Compensation Intern:

  • Support year-end compensation processes
  • Create year-end analysis and reports
  • Assist with data auditing activities to ensure that quality information is provided
  • Collaborate with the global Compensation team HR Business Partners and other stakeholders
  • Support the rewards project team to further enhance the global Compensation Management System
  • Aid in creating system documentation and materials facilitating the training session coordination

Requirements:

  • Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies
  • Graduation in June 2027
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written
  • Confident Excel knowledge (experience with any BI tools data transformations or scripting language is a plus)
  • An analytic mindset: high attention to detail
  • A collaborative nature and team-orientation
  • A hunger to learn and grow (both of yourself and of your team)
  • The ease of interacting with team members virtually
