We are currently seeking a Freelance Charter Broker to support private jet and helicopter rentals for our clients operations in Bengaluru India. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in aircraft charter sales strong industry contacts and a proven track record closing high-value contracts. This is a freelance commission-based role (commission to be discussed) with flexibility and opportunity to grow business in a fast-expanding market.

Our client is a premium aviation services provider focused on bespoke private flight solutions across India and internationally. They serve HNWIs corporate executives film and event production teams and luxury travel planners offering on-demand helicopter and private jet charters with emphasis on safety discretion and exceptional client experience. As demand for private air travel grows they are expanding their commercial network in key Indian hubs including Bengaluru.

Position: Freelance Charter Broker (Helicopter & Private Jet)

Location: Bengaluru India (remote/flexible with local presence required for client meetings)

Employment: Freelance / Commission-based

Overall Purpose

As a Freelance Charter Broker you will source negotiate and close helicopter and private jet rental contracts leveraging existing industry relationships and proactive business development. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking bespoke air charter solutions ensuring timely service delivery and high client satisfaction while meeting commercial targets.

Job Description:

- Identify and generate new charter opportunities via network corporate outreach luxury travel partners production houses and event planners

- Manage end-to-end charter sales cycles: client qualification aircraft sourcing routing/pricing negotiation and contract finalization

- Maintain and grow a reliable supplier network of operators and FBOs to secure competitive availability and pricing

- Provide tailored quotes and detailed itineraries ensuring compliance with safety aircraft and regulatory requirements

- Coordinate logistics with operations teams to confirm bookings passenger manifests ground handling and special requests

- Maintain CRM records report pipeline activity and forecast revenue

- Represent the company professionally at industry events and meetings; contribute to commercial strategy and market intelligence

- Ensure confidentiality discretion and premium service standards for high-net-worth and corporate clients

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience (3 years preferred) in aircraft charter sales aviation broking or private aviation operations helicopter and/or private jet expertise essential

- Established network of clients and operators within the Indian private aviation sector ideally with contacts in Bengaluru

- Strong negotiation commercial acumen and closing ability

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages a plus

- Highly organized client-focused and able to manage multiple high-value enquiries simultaneously

- Comfortable working freelance/commission-based with remote flexibility and travel for client meetings as needed

- Proficiency with CRM tools quoting platforms and MS Office

- Knowledge of aviation regulations and operator safety standards is advantageous
