We are seeking a professional Dutch-speaking Airline Support Specialist to join our dedicated team supporting a major global this role you will be the voice of the airline for Dutch-speaking travelers ensuring their journey is seamless from booking to arrival. Based in Greece you will work in a high-energy international environment while enjoying a lifestyle defined by 300 days of sunshine world-class Mediterranean cuisine and a perfect balance between a rewarding career and leisure.
Responsibilities
- Travel Coordination: Assist Dutch-speaking passengers with flight bookings complex re-routings and ticket modifications via phone and digital channels.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve inquiries regarding baggage claims flight delays and cancellations with professional empathy and efficiency.
- Special Service Management: Coordinate special assistance requests meal preferences and loyalty program inquiries (Frequent Flyer support).
- Technical Guidance: Support users with web check-in mobile app navigation and digital boarding pass issues.
- Compliance: Maintain high standards of data security and adhere to international aviation protocols and airline policies.
Requirements
- Native or C2-level Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
- Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Please note: Residence permits from other EU countries are not sufficient for employment in Greece).
- A professional calm and helpful communication style particularly during peak travel seasons or disruptions.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to learn complex Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Previous experience in travel aviation or high-end hospitality is highly preferred.
