Reports to: Payroll Lead

Purpose of the Role: Manage and oversee all aspects of a companys payroll

Processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay
Gathering information on hours worked for each employee / sick day / leaves etc. (time management system and Employee Self Service ESS)
Digital Card in industrial area
Managing private insurance benefits
Prepare reports and annual budget for upper management finance department etc.
Cooperate with different departments to increase payroll service performance
Process data and prepare tax and insurance information

Bachelors Degree in Economics Finance or Accounting
2 - 3 years previous work experience as Payroll Specialist in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Payroll EpsilonNet program is mandatory(Pylon)
Familiar with work-shift and surcharges would be considered as a strong asset
Fluent in English both verbal and written

Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
