Ansell is looking for a Assoc Specialist Tender Suppt to join our team in Querétaro México!

The Tender Management Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Chemical Business Unit by identifying assessing and managing global tender opportunities. This position is responsible for monitoring tender platforms maintaining an accurate and organized opportunity pipeline and ensuring alignment between potential opportunities and the BU Chemical portfolio. The role also oversees tender platform subscriptions manages documentation repositories and serves as a central point of coordination for internal stakeholders. Through strong communication organization and analytical capabilities this position helps drive business growth and strengthen crossfunctional collaboration across global teams.

What your role will be

1. Systematically oversee and monitor tender platforms across global market

2. Identify and qualify new business opportunities align with Chemical BU

3. Manage the opportunity pipeline within CRM ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.

4. Conduct initial product assessment to determine the feasibility and alignment of opportunities with BU Chemical portfolio

5. Assist in managing the companys subscriptions to tender platforms and renewals including optimization of the search profiles.

6. Maintain the internal repository of tender documentation ensuring all files are organized and accessible

7. Serve as a key point of contact for internal vertical stakeholders fostering strong working relationships

8. Support communication with vertical stakeholders and regional teams

What will you bring to Ansell

Education

Diploma or equivalent in written and spoken English
Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration Public Administration Law or a related field is preferred

Job Experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative tendering or business development support role or supporting public sector bid responses (min. entry-level experience acceptable)

Familiarity with tender or procurement platforms and CRM tools

Ability to execute tasks with precision and accuracy is non-negotiable

Demonstrable ability to manage multiple bids and working to deadlines

Ideally experienced in the Health & Safety / PPE / Protective Equipment industry

Knowledge and Skills

Ability to manage a structured repetitive daily workflow effectively

Ability to manage and prioritize a varying workload

Strong interest in public procurement sales support or related field

Excellent organizational skills deadline focused and a keen eye for details

Proactive attitude and eager to learn new systems (familiarity with any CRM system is an advantage) and about global tendering platforms

Ability to gain a relevant knowledge of High-End Chemical applications

Ability to gain a strong knowledge of tender platforms and business opportunities tracking tools

Strong communication skills for building relationships with internal teams and presenting finding findings to internal stakeholders

Good Use of English Language (Written and Oral)

Desirable Job Competencies

Experience in an administrative data entry sales support is highly desirable

Experience in a tendering or procurement environment is a strong plus but not required

Developing ability to review tender documentation and assess key business objectives

Good Microsoft Office skills and preferable Smartsheet experience

Desirable practical knowledge of tender platforms
