Job Description
What youll do
- Configure and support live ongoing and trial client data feeds using the feed configurator.
- Deliver data via Snowflake and cloud storage platforms (e.g. Amazon S3).
- Monitor feed deliveries endtoend identifying upstream and downstream delays using BI dashboards and alerting tools (e.g. Opsgenie).
- Provide operational support for data pipelines and data delivery partnering with data engineering software engineering and customer success teams.
- Troubleshoot data and delivery issues; coordinate with upstream data providers and technology partners as needed.
- Track document and escalate issues through a JIRAbased ticketing system.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track feed health delivery SLAs and data availability.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Were looking for candidates who have:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 3 years of handson experience with SQL and Python.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms and data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
- Experience monitoring data pipelines and identifying upstream/downstream data delays.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with globally distributed teams.
- Nice to have: Experience with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools.
