As a Security Officer - Parking Lot Patrol in Lincolnton NC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support access control and badge processes. You will conduct routine rounds document observations communicate clearly with site teams and deliver customer service with a calm professional approach. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel contractors and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures access control steps and when appropriate emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including completing notifications and documenting events per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas warehouses shipping and receiving areas parking lots and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards.
• Monitor alarms cameras and/or other security-related systems when assigned and report irregular conditions maintenance issues and/or policy violations through the appropriate channels.
• Complete accurate shift reports incident reports and daily activity logs and coordinate with Allied Universal leadership and site management as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 1 years of security experience.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
