Danish Customer Service Representative Braga (Remote)
We are currently hiring a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative for a remote opportunity based in Braga Portugal.

Braga Portugal Remote position
(No relocation support provided)

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday

08:00 17:00

Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
Main Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Danish via phone email and/or chat

Assist customers with inquiries requests and issue resolution

Maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Accurately document customer interactions
Requirements
-
Fluent Danish (C1/C2 level)
-
Good communication skills
-
Customer service experience is a plus
-
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory no relocation support)
