Job Summary
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities aligned with company objectives.
- Proactively develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into profitable business.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities.
- Deliver individual sales targets aligned with overall company goals.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
Customer Relationship Management
- Participate in CRM initiatives to enhance customer retention and growth.
- Personally manage a portfolio of strategic and high-value customers.
- Grow revenue margin and retention within assigned accounts.
- Act as the first escalation point of contact for local accounts.
- Lead major customer engagements including RFQs and contract negotiations.
Collaboration & Commercial Excellence
- Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure service excellence.
- Ensure disciplined pipeline management using CRM systems.
- Act as a role model for best-practice sales behaviors and commercial discipline.
- Contribute to overall company profitability through strategic account management.
