Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that will provide administrative support to our team and assist in the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Greet clients and visitors and provide them with excellent customer service
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence memos and reports
- Maintain and update client and property databases
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and listings
- Process and track invoices and expenses
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing scanning and data entry
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role preferably in a real estate or similar industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus
