About the Opportunity
Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time onsite opportunity in Ada Oklahoma. This role reports directly to the Director of Therapy and is ideal for an early-career or junior-level therapist looking to grow within a supportive healthcare environment.
Youll join a collaborative rehabilitation team within a well-established acute care hospital serving the local and surrounding communities. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility reduce pain and restore functional independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement physician-ordered physical therapy programs
- Utilize therapeutic exercises manual therapy techniques modalities and assistive devices
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies and injury prevention
- Supervise physical therapy assistants students and support staff in accordance with state regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to remain composed and take appropriate action in high-pressure situations
