Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our team on a full-time basis. The Video Editor will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful videos for our clients as well as for our own marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos that align with the clients brand and vision

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards

- Utilize various video editing software and tools to enhance video quality and add special effects

- Ensure all videos meet the companys standards for quality and style

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video production processes

- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

- Work closely with the production team to ensure all video projects are completed on time and within budget

- Maintain organized files and backups of all video projects

- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for video ideas

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Film Video Production or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing preferably in a creative agency setting

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or Avid

- Strong understanding of video production and post-production processes

- Excellent eye for detail and ability to maintain consistency in video quality

- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- A portfolio of previous video editing work is required for consideration
