Position Overview:

As a Video Editor at Thesalonhype you will be responsible for creating compelling and visually stunning videos that showcase our brand and services. You will work closely with our marketing team to understand our brand message and translate it into engaging video content that resonates with our audience. This is a full-time permanent position that offers the opportunity for growth and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with our brand and marketing objectives

- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos using industry-standard software

- Add visual effects sound effects and music to enhance the overall quality of the videos

- Ensure that all videos are delivered on time and meet the required standards of quality

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our video content

- Manage and organize video files and assets to ensure efficient workflow and easy access for future projects

- Work with the team to brainstorm and develop new and innovative video ideas to promote our brand and services

- Collaborate with other creative team members such as graphic designers and photographers to ensure consistency in branding across all visual content

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Film Video Production or a related field

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor preferably in a marketing or advertising setting

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or Avid Media Composer

- Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques

- Excellent eye for detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- A portfolio of past video projects to showcase your skills and creativity
