- Partner with marketing operations leadership to provide strategic financial guidance build comprehensive budgeting frameworks and assess return on investment for various marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and reporting systems that track performance metrics headcount planning and budget utilization to drive data-informed decision making
- Lead cross-functional automation and AI projects that enhance financial reporting capabilities and drive productivity improvements across the marketing organization

A day in the life
Your typical day involves collaborating closely with the marketing operations team to address strategic financial questions and provide analytical support. Youll build and refine high-quality reporting dashboards prepare for and participate in cross-business reviews (xBRs) and respond to ad-hoc analysis requests from stakeholders. Throughout the day youll track budgets against plans identify variances and recommend course corrections. Youll also have opportunities to research and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance your teams financial planning capabilities.

- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
- 4 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 4 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 4 years of identifying leading and executing opportunities to improve automate standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Bachelors degree in engineering statistics or business or Bachelors degree and 5 years of quantitative role (engineering process re-engineering quality assurance) experience
- 4 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
